Green Accountability Youth Initiative (GAYI)

The Green Accountability Youth Initiative (GAYI) is a flagship global program designed to empower youth in climate-vulnerable countries with climate leadership skills, green knowledge, and social accountability tools.

  • Youth engaged across 5 climate-vulnerable countries
  • 400+ learners from 25 countries enrolled
  • 300 full scholarships awarded
  • Online course launched with 6 modules and 26 videos
  • Small grants awarded to youth-led climate accountability projects
TechCamp Bangladesh

TechCamp Bangladesh

TechCamp Bangladesh was the first TechCamp initiative in the country, focused on equipping young journalists and media professionals with digital literacy skills to counter misinformation and strengthen media integrity.

  • 44 journalists and media professionals trained
  • 8 national and international trainers engaged
  • Workshops on AI-driven disinformation and fact-checking
  • 4 youth-led projects funded through small grants up to $5,000
  • Strong alumni network and continued mentorship support

Amplifying Youth Voices in Policy Development

This initiative created structured pathways for young people in Bangladesh to influence national policy conversations through surveys, regional policy camps, and national-level engagement.

  • 3,238 youth participated in the Youth Matters Survey

  • 104 youth leaders selected for the National Youth Policy Camp
